Laser hair removal

Laser hair removal is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses a a diode laser to remove unwanted hair from the face and body.

How does it work?

The pigmentation in the hair shaft will absorb the laser light energy, which is converted into heat, permanently damaging or destroying the individual hair follicle, therefore stunting regrowth.

The hair follicle can only be targeted at a specific time during its growth cycle, the ‘anagen’ phase (growing stage) therefore, to target all of the unwanted hair a minimum 8-10 treatments for females and 12 treatments for males are required, normally at 8-10 week intervals.

Why should I get laser treatments?

  • Permanent reduction in hair
  • No more shaving, waxing, sugaring or removal creams
  • Cost effective
  • Prevents ingrown hairs
  • Long lasting results
  • Smoother skin
