BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

All new clients require a consultation and patch test prior to any treatment starting. If you have booked for a treatment and have not had a consultation and patch test prior, your appointment will not go ahead which may result in a 50% fee being charged.

I recommend you book your next treatment appointment as soon as you’ve completed one. You will be advised at your appointment when you will be due your next treatment session.

It is important that you advise me of any changes to your medical details and/or if you are currently taking any prescribed medication prior to each appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW

RH Laser Clinic enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations.

If you need to make a change to your appointment please do so via the Booksy app, failure to do so less than 2 days prior to your appointment will result in a 50% fee being charged.

Failure to show for an appointment will result in a 50% fee being charged. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the 2-day deadline, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

 

KIDS POLICY

RH Laser Clinic have a minimum age of 18 years old. Due to insurance reasons we do not allow anyone below the age of 18 in the waiting area or in the treatment room while you are receiving your treatment. Failure to follow this policy will result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled and will incur a late cancellation fee.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. You must bring the physical gift voucher to your appointment in order to redeem it. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, and we cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
